DRA Interest and Dividends Tax Public Hearing, 10am December 16, 2009 - to be held at Howard Recreation Center (Gov Hugh Gallen Campus)

The Department of Revenue Administration will host a public hearing at the Howard Recreation Center on December 16, 2009 to discuss the Proposed Rules for the Interest & Dividends tax.  If you are interested in attending the public hearing, please indicate the number of people who plan to attend the meeting.  This hearing is a forum for public comment regarding proposed administrative rules only. 

 The order of speaking will be determined by the order of advanced registration and then based upon those that register at the public hearing. If you would like to speak at tomorrows hearing please call 271 2318 and ask to speak to John Hayes, Revenue Counsel and leave your name and contact number.
