As Law Enforcement officers we live by what the courts say. As Law Enforcement officers we do not always agree with the decisions that the courts make, however we do have to abide by their decisions.
A couple days ago a N.H. Superior Court Judge ruled that the Local Government Center had to open up its financial books. The Keene Police Officers Association, along with its fellow brethren in the Laconia Police Patrolman's Association, the Salem Police Relief Association, NEPBA Local 21, the Manchester Police Patrolman's Association, Concord Police Patrolman's Association and the Nashua Police Patrolman's Association, as well as other individual officers throughout the state, believe the Local Government Center should abide by the decision of the N.H. Superior Court and open up their financial books for review.
